Hello there! Thanks to all coaches for sharing bookmarks to the group, as it benefits everyone. When saving to the group, it's even more helpful to tag the saved bookmarks with helpful tags. For instance, when I bookmark a web 2.0 tool, I apply the tag web2tool.
It's not necessary to all use the same tags because you want the tags to be meaningful for yourself. However, not including any tags makes it hard to group and search for bookmarks.
Also, if your on a webpage and about to bookmark it, it's nice to select some descriptive text on the page first. That way when you save the bookmark, the selected text will be added to the saved bookmark.
Michelle, FYI - If you want, in the "Manage Group" area there is a "Group Tag Dictionary" that gives the group creator/manager 3 choices to deal with this dilemma. # Don't want to recommend tags # Use existing group tags as recommended tags # Use a pre-defined group tag dictionary as recommended tags Chris

Right, I didn't want to force folks into using pre-defined tags from the the Group Tag Dictionary. I mainly want to avoid the no_tag on bookmarks. I will check that it's set for the 2nd option - to suggest existing group tags.
