The Nine Planets describes each of the 70 planets and moons in the solar system with text, pictures, sounds, an occasional movie and links to other related net resources.

Welcome to a Shakesperian world of intrigue, suspense, sinister characters and now manga! The Planet team are pleased to be working with Manga Shakespeare on a range of teaching resources designed exclusively for the Activboard. The resources include supporting flipcharts, editorial and a resource pack of accompanying manga images.

Promethean Planet blog with handy dandy resources. Not a lot of 'em, mind you, but the ones that are here are pretty good.

Essentially, this allows you to play god with all of the elements of the universe on a macro scale. Smash together planets or stars and so forth. You can buy a single user license for as little as $10.00. For site licenses, you have to contact the company. Would be great for science classes.

Looks like a LOT of fun for astronomy teachers!! And the price ain't too bad!

According to Mr. Have received the "Council of Twelve." Mr. Kane describes the "Council of Twelve", as stating that during nine days of December 12, 2012 (12/12/12) by December 21, 2012, the planet Earth will be divided into two separate earths dimensionally, each of which has different dimensional frequencies. Mr. Have described this as a process similar to how a single cell can divide into two cells.

Who knew the things changed so many colors?! Sheesh. Not very teacher-friendly if you ask me.

Wouldn't it be WONDERFUL if our students could give presentations in Social Studies like this one by the Gapminder Founder, Hans Rosling?
