Citicoline Brain Injury Treatment (COBRIT) trial of the effects of 90 days of citicoline on functional outcome in patients with complicated mild, moderate and severe traumatic brain injury. Citicoline (also known as CDP-Choline) is a naturally occurring endogenous compound.
