The community for science education in Europe

Nascida em 1956 como uma fundação privada portuguesa dedicada a toda a humanidade, tem procurado fomentar o conhecimento e melhorar a qualidade de vida das pessoas através das Artes, da Beneficência, da Ciência e da Educação. Nos próximos cinco anos, a atividade da Fundação estará orientada fundamentalmente para a Coesão e Integração Social, a Sustentabilidade e o Conhecimento.

CIM (International Center for Mathematics) is a not-for-profit, privately-run association that aims at developing and promoting research in Mathematics. At present CIM has 20 associates, including three Portuguese Universities, twelve Research Centres in the Mathematical Sciences, two Institutes, and three national scientific societies.
