Twice today I received invitations from article index owners to participate their new sites. In several ways I am flattered, but in other ways I almost want to mention they've their work cut out for them. As an author of several hundred articles on the web [I expect to add between one and two hundred per month for the expected future] I've some suggestions for report service executives. In the event that you are interested in learning what they're, please keep reading.

Benchmark Ezine Articles My major site for posting articles has been EzineArticles.com. Why? Amount, service, report transmission, seo, blog, community, email improvements, site navigation, cutting edge technology, to call some characteristics. This web site is one which is highly active where writers know the manager, Christopher Knight, and hear from him regularly. You obtain the impression that Ezine Articles is going places..and rapidly!

Ask Permission First A few of my articles have appeared elsewhere, without my permission. This refreshing aaron parkinson use with has numerous prodound warnings for how to consider this concept. I guess having over 400 articles online gives me extra-special attention, perhaps greater than someone who has 40 articles. To research additional information, people are encouraged to peep at: check this out. However, I should say that one net manager who took my articles has apparently given up the practice and without notice to his writers. Lets just say I wont waste my time with someone who doesnt at the least care enough to answer my emails!

Separate Your-self From Your Pack Due to the market that was hit by a new article software program within the summer, plenty of people are taking up this user friendly program and starting their own directories. Competition is a great thing, but a move out can occur. If you want someone like me to take interest in your site, to direct my customers to you [I have plenty], and keep me fascinated, your site shouldnt also look like any of the rest of them. My pastor found out about clicky by browsing Google Books. I am maybe not expressing you shouldnt use the new software, but please take it to the next stage and make it work to the max.

Build-up Page Rank Heck, my very own site draws down a page position of 6. I want one to match my internet sites strength or at the very least come close. A few of the newer web sites are not yet placed and little or nothing has been found by Google. BTW, Google can it be for me. MSN and Yahoo are ok, but Google rocks. After these three..nada!

Details, Details - The big picture of getting articles around is great, but I love to see some attention paid for the fine details too. E-zine Articles hasn't one, but three resource boxes for authors to pick from all of which contains data already keyed in by the authors. I understand perhaps not of one other directory that has also one. Hmmm..

Where Are You Going? - Where is your report listing going? Have you got RSS feeds, distribution arrangements with other sites, unique characteristics which can be often being rolled out, etc. A blog where we hear from YOU, the director, is extremely useful.

There are other areas I am sure I havent lined. I'm perhaps not singling any index out and I do wish you the best in-your undertaking. Perhaps as your website grows Ill sign up, but for now I am very busy writing articles and submitting to only a few select web sites, like E-zine Articles. Thanks for allowing me to vent!.
