Payroll debit cards are a recent product that more employers and organizations are using to replace paper checks for paying expenses, benefits, or salaries. Prepaid Visa cards are one of the types of payroll cards that are being offered. These debit cards are reloadable and can be used at ATMs and anywhere that Visa credit cards are accepted. Payroll cards are only available to organizations and employers and cannot be purchased by individuals.
