This European project is working on strategies to facilitate the transition from primary to secondary foreign language teaching. Partners from seven European countries are developing material for language classrooms and teacher training. On this website you can get information on the transition situation in different European countries, get insights into primary and secondary language classrooms, download teaching materials and exchange your views on the topic of continuity with other teachers, students and teacher trainers.
