This article goes along with the video for this week about connecting language learners with native speakers of the target language.

I like the fact that I can have control over the discussion and can edit student responses. Also, the fact that student's privacy is protected is great. If I wanted to, I could project my computer screen and the students could see their comments being posted in real time.

I think this is another great use of this tool and students can do this perhaps as an extra activity which will allow them to practice their new vocabulary without the pressure of receiving a grade for it. I also use this to create "Spanish in action" cartoons to embed in my announcements.
