About Chemonics/ATAR: The Afghanistan Trade and Revenue Project provides technical support and assistance aimed to strengthen the business climate of Afghanistan to enable private investment, enhanced trade, job creation, and fiscal sustainability through the critical Transition period and continuing into the Transformational Decade.
