The successful application with have control of the full recruitment cycle including: * Recruiting professional engineering and technology candidates for a broad range of clients on either a permanent or contract/interim basis; * Business development - both new and existing clients; * Conducting targeted industry research and network organisations with the goal of gathering names of prospective clients; * Telephone interviewing potential candidates; * Arranging and conducting face-to-face candidate interviews where appropriate; * Managing clients; * Upholding the highest level of customer service and best practices at all stages; * Contribute and working towards a positive, friendly and competitive office environment.
