Carbon steel castings are cast products made from steel with a carbon content of 0.1% -0.5% as the base material, and formed through processes such as investment casting and sand casting. Has high strength, good toughness, and weldability, and can optimize performance through heat treatment (normalizing, quenching).

Alloy Steel Casting is a preferred metal casting process for parts requiring enhanced mechanical properties. It has the similar casting process as carbon steel casting, due to the added elements like manganese, nickel, chromium, vanadium, and molybdenum, alloy steel castings with higher strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance.
