We ask our students to use the agenda to keep track of their due dates, etc. Some use it, most don't. I don't know about you guys, but I keep track of my appointments, deadlines, etc. using google calendars. If we had wireless, we could train students to use online tools for managing their time and deadlines, which are so much more powerful than a pen-and-paper agenda. Also might be an easier sell to students to get them learning how to manage their time.
