Bicycles are the best means of transport to reach easily to locations with narrow roads by avoiding traffic jams. The target physical activities as per our body's requirement are also the best wayout for maintaining good health. One can keep his body healthy, fit and fine by performing some selected sets of exercises. Yoga is the single means for preserving good mental health. Here, I would like to make it clear that the physical exercises can not be termed as Yoga. The activity of sitting in a comfortable posture and practize to detach himself or herself from the external world is termed as Yoga. Depression and its related effects can be kept into bay by performing Yoga everyday.
