Q: Paul, please explain your role at CSG to us. How did it evolve?
PF: I joined The Charmer Sunbelt Group in 1998, and originally started in IT. In 2004 I moved into a Director role, where I took on the responsibility of heading up systems development, which included the SAP implementation. In 2007, I left IT to start up Shared Services. I really liked tackling the critical role Shared Services would play in the evolution of Charmer Sunbelt. As a decentralized company, Shared Services is the "glue" that keeps us delivering optimal customer service consistently across our business units.
