    A dormant company is one that doesn't trade and has no transactions. Despite this you are still required to file annual returns with CRO. File annual Company Registration Office (CRO) returns for a dormant company that has ceased to trade with Closed For Business at a very reasonable fee. Read the Dormant Company FAQ's.
