  Have you ever called a restaurant and placed an order for takeaway, the call goes very well and you are confident that the company understands exactly what you want? I mean, how hard can it be, right? Then you receive your order and it's completely different than what you expected. You did not get what you thought you were paying for. This doesn't happen all of the time, but it's common enough in that we all have a similar experience we can relate to. This leads to frustration and the desire to look elsewhere for our needs.
