Do they handle constructive criticism and feedback? Do they work towards improving? Did they even hear the advice, or storm out in a rage? It is important to know how your potential employee receives feedback. You don't want to hire someone who thinks everything that she does is right. You want to hire someone who is teachable. Humble.
