Nicole Williams on 01 Aug 12I find this to be a false statement/an assumption. Mainly because I do know students who cannot afford a mobile device. Instead they choose their education. Maybe in a couple of years this will be true, however teachers can't assume that all students have access to all of the technology that is out there.
