Konivo is a new site that is great for making slideshows. What it actually does is allow you to upload a powerpoint then record a video of you talking about that slide. It then syncs it all together to share w/ others. This is a great site for making a Pecha Kucha presentation.

Excellent post by the author who was not looking to use Facebook in a "formal" sense, as a platform to present specific course content. Instead, his goal was to use Fb in an "informal" manner, encouraging each member of the class to see him or herself as a part of the whole

Screencast-O-Matic is a great site for creating screencasts for all platforms. All a user has to do is click start recording and then adjust the size of their recording window. The finished product can be downloaded, uploaded to YouTube or shared on SOM.
