This is a place where students can go to see how school districts have changed. It has maps of the different years and the different school districts that were present. It is a great historical representation.

I have also added another site similar to this one. This is a place to go to find contact information for the Representatives from each area. Students can easily access this information for writing letters.

For my topic I focused some on the different Biomes from the world. This will allow students to have a connection to other places that have the same Biomes as Minnesota.

This is a website that has a letter from a pilgrim who first came to America. It is a great example of the technologies or lack there of when America was first settled.

I used this website for my wiki. It has great information about the amount of deforestation that occurs throughout the world each year. It also has great maps of how the worlds forssts have changed over time.

This may be useful for many lessons. This could be used for helping students determine who their senators are and how to contact them.

For my topic I was studying the Biomes. I found some writing from a Native American about how the land affected their lives.

This lesson was written using different state standards. The lesson could easily be tweaked to use Minnesota standards. The lesson allows students to see how their ancestors helped them to be who they are with their beliefs and traditions.

I think this is a great site to use with younger kids. It has great Sesame Street clips of Grover learning about different cultures. It is a great way to get young kids excited about other cultures around the world.

This is a great site that offers so much information about many people in our history. Students can look up famous people and learn about who they were and more.
