Elks Lodge possibly sold, club may move By Rachel Raskin-Zrihen/Times-Herald staff writer Posted: 08/22/2009 03:00:21 AM PDT The Vallejo Elks Lodge may have been sold and the organization could soon seek a new location. (Mike Jory/Times-Herald) The nearly 50-year-old Redwood Parkway Elks Lodge facility may be sold, though the organization's Vallejo chapter will not fold, a club official said. Local lodge members OK'd the facility's sale, and a one-tenant developer has expressed interest, said Fred Sessler, the real estate broker handling the matter.

"DANBURY -- After more than a year of being under contract, the Elks Lodge on Main Street has been sold to a downtown church. The Elks, who constructed the lodge with arched windows and stained glass around 1930, sold the building to the Revival Church for $1.2 million, according to Jack Knapp, the fraternal order's treasurer."

I guess this $1 million building built in 2003 is the one being sold in 2014.

"The Springfield Elks lodge has purchased Northwood Hills Country Club and sold its downtown location."

The Palm Springs Elks Lodge 1905 will host a fundraising dinner for Guide Dogs of the Desert on Friday. Advertisement During the dinner, Guide Dogs of the Desert will be presented with the Elks National Foundation Gratitude Grant. Guide Dogs of the Desert also will give a presentation during the dinner. After dinner, musical entertainment will be presented by The Bakers. The event will take place at the Palm Springs Elks Lodge 1905, 67491 E. Palm Canyon Drive.
