The families of two fallen soldiers were the guests of honor Monday at a Memorial Day ceremony hosted by the Elks Lodge 859 of Bryan. Mark Kay Edwards received the Elks Medal of Valor for her son Billy, who died in Iraq in 2007. He spent two years at Texas A&M before joining the army.
