Sound Wave (Acoustic Emission) Bridge Wire Break Monitoring System - 0 views

  •
Bridges are an integral and important part of the road system and are of strategic importance in the transportation industry, so ensuring the safe condition of bridges is of great concern. Suspension bridges, cable-stayed bridges and other bridges that need to be tensed by cables are also faced with the risk of fatigue or even break during long-term use. Periodical shutdown bridge detection is not a good choice because of the busy traffic, so a system that can carry out long-term monitoring during the service of Bridges has great advantages. Experimental investigation shows that acoustic emission is the best technology to detect bridge wire break. It can not only carry out sensitive and accurate long-term monitoring, but also it is a non-intrusive method. RAEM1 acoustic emission monitoring system developed by Qingcheng Company is the latest product based on Linux operating system. It can accurately monitor the broken signal of the bridge wire, calculate the wire break rate, and trigger the alarm to the operator when the broken wire limit is exceeded, so that maintenance plans can be made in advance to ensure the safe service of the bridge. Working Process Sound wave(Acoustic emission) signals will be generated due to bridge wire broken. The sensor sample the wire break signals and transmit them to the RAEM1 monitor for data analyzing and processing. RAEM monitor transmits the processed data to the PC/ Phones/ Servers/ Cloud through network communication. The Qingcheng Cloud Platform or Software can display the wire condition in real time, including Hits, Duration, Rise time, Counts, Amplitude, ASL, RMS and Energy. The RAEM1 monitor can perform intensity, activity and comprehensive rating of acoustic signals in real time and transmit the results to the defined terminals. When the rating results exceed the alarm threshold, the Cloud Server will push alarm message to owner via SMS or email automatically. Further Information >> Find detail monitoring scheme >>
