I was attempting to configure zen cart when my site became completely inactive. I want to go back to a previous gzip backup I created using a zencart plugin but I can't figure that out.

I've tried to backup my home directory but when I try to unzip the file created by BH (using 7 Zip) I get 'Data error in tar.gz. File is broken'

I wanted to make a backup of the database of the forum and this is the message that I received
