bluehost webhosting

I am new to bluehost. I was previously with register.com. I'm beginner level with Dreamweaver 8 but I do manage to get some ok websites written. I'm having a problem and I'm pretty sure I know what's wrong minus the answer.

maybe this is a stupid question but why this hosting take a lot of time for put online a site yeap cpanel is very fast but what to do with a panel when I need my site online I cant use all time stupid ips for that reason exist dns etc Im right?

Well as the subject title says, i logged on today to find that my website has vanished and so have all of my files in file manager. Fantasico is showing that i have no installs and in my stats box the 'Account Expires In' field now reads 'unavailable'.

Whenever I install any service from SimpleScripts, it says that the information that I need to login will be sent to a certain email.

I am using phpBB3, installed 1 month ago, hosted by BlueHost. I just checked the size of database, it is 80MB (limited 100MB).

I just changed to BH from my old host. I jus took my backup frm the FTP and made a zip file and uploaded all contents as it is to BH from cPanel File manager.

I've got an account with 9 addon domains. Each of the domains are generally static websites displaying info, so the bandwidth/processing involved with each of them are very low.

I'm currently having issues with using PHPMyAdmin to manage MySQL user accounts. I do not seem to have any priveleges with the default login and am unsure how to login as the 'root' user or even if there is one…
