I got some logged messages in cPanel and don't understand what happens, please, explain if you can:

Okay, I have been trying to figure this out, and at this point I feel like a complete idiot. I uploaded a index.html file using my ftp client and I can't figure out #1 where to put it, and #2 how to make any of the folders accessible.

Is there any way to review Box Trapper dates/blocked messages for more than one day at one time? I have multiple accounts that I routinely check to accept or delete, blacklist, etc.

Sometimes I can't access my website, I got 503 Error with following message: "The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."
