How do I change my nameservers I cant for the life of me figure out how..?

I hired a marketing firm to create a new webpage and market it for me. The new website has a domain name I registered thru BH.

I just changed to BH from my old host. I jus took my backup frm the FTP and made a zip file and uploaded all contents as it is to BH from cPanel File manager.

I've been having the same problem that many of you have had with awstats showing zero stats thoughout July and August. I've contacted BH support, and they told me that my permissions were changed on the awstats conf file and that was preventing them from updating the stats ( I had made it read only).

1. how come i don't have privileges to create new databases in phpmyadmin? 2. how can i specify the charset/collation of a database when i create it in bluehost control panel? 3. can i change the charset/collation of a database after it has been created?

Dumb question here, we totally screwed up when getting the name for our website, and were wondering if ther's any way to change it.
