Heart rate = ANY heart beat
Pulse rate = ONLY heart beats which are strong enough to be felt way out at your wrist/knee/ankle, etc.

Heart rate is the number of heartbeats per unit of time, usually as beats per minute. Your pulse starts in your heart, with your heart beat. Every heart beat causes a pulse in your arteries, similar to the ripple a stone makes when it is thrown in a pond. Your heart rate is the number of times your heart beats in one minute.Your heart rate increases if you do excersise, or do something that makes your heart beat faster.

Heart rate is a beat in your heart and is a rating of how much your heart beats. Heart rate is measuring your heart beat every time it beats. Pulse rate is rating your pulse. Doctors check the pulse rate to check to see if the pulse is resting or whatsoever. When you have a increased heart rate that means you are running or doing something hard.

Heart rate is basically about the amount of heart beat in your body and pulse rate is the rate from your pulse and doctors uses this a lot to check your health.

The heart rate is how fast your heart beats every second. The pulse rate tells us how many times our blood pumps every time you feel a heartbeat. Doctors check your pulse rate to see if your heart is healthy. There is a certain range and it may differ depending on the age of a patient, where you can see if you have a healthy heart. If the heart rate increases the pulse does too. It helps us to pump blood faster.
