The frustrating part of finding out how someone else did it right is in realizing that one prescriptive approach doesn't always work for everyone. That said, it would make many people feel comfortable to see a template of how someone did it, and take liberties when needed.

Justice Anthony Kennedy thought it was generally a good thing to the extent such media prompt more public information, involvement and awareness of the living law.
But he thinks such kinds of public activity by judges are probably not the best thing for them to be doing. He also explains the origin of the black judicial robes.
It's nice to see there is a company that either has sense enough to see a need for stand alone video devices, or at least is willing to exploit a market needs exploiting. It's a win-win.
Of course, this is to allow students to be a part of their own lesson. This way, they can internalize their own understanding of what they should demonstrate. This should, I see, be done before the project begins. The students need to be aware of what they should do first. I wonder how this would look though. Would it be like a parliamentary debate?
