Big6 Process Model. The first page lists each step/skill, the sub-skill, and two or three questions that the information seeker should ask themselves. Pages 2-4 cover the same information, but the questions are easier to understand. Feel free to ignore the worm/apple illustrations.

This list of basic steps (bold words link to explanations on how to do each step) is only a guideline. Keep in mind that you do not have to use "source cards" or "note cards", especially if you use something like EverNote, Diigo, or other source gathering/organizing/sharing tools.
