    With the use of technology things are manipulated to be more creative these days and many people are showing wonderful attention towards animations as it pictures the innate skill of the people. Graphics interchange format that is shortly abbreviated as GIF which is a BMP file format. Bitmap is nothing but mapping from a domain to bits that may be some values which is either 0 or 1. Gifs have been widely known these days as it has got some special craze and is into use on the World Wide Web as it has got very good features like extremely good support and portability as it can be accessed with ease and doesn't involve much complexity.

    The Bit image file or device has a format that can foothold up to 8 bits per pixel in each image to select or refer 256 different shades of colour palette from RGB colour space which is of 24 bit. Generally this format is used for a special feature so as to produce animated gifs allowing a palette that consists of about 256 colours for each frame. GIF format seems to be less useful in giving a reproduce of colour images and photographs that do possess continuous shade of colours while this type of format is well suited to manageable images like logos or graphics that contain firm colour that is occupied in wide area.

    GIF images are usually compressed using compression techniques that results in less area occupancy thereby reducing the file size and it does not hinder the quality of the visual image. Animated gif have lot to do as they bring a new look to the image by adding animation elements to it. People who are interested in creating such animated gifs are responding very well in doing this creative job as it seems to be an impressive hobby for them.
