This is probably the best example of a Google earth project I've gotten, but I'm still not super pleased. I think instead of a recording, it'd be better to link to different places and let people click on the links themselves.

Not the best lesson plan written as a lesson plan, but an interesting idea of creating audio memoirs using Audacity.

IIC entry. They used Audacity to record translations and embedded them in a website. Embedding the audio in Google Sites was the tricky part.

Dantzel uses Audacity to record snippets of a French poem. Her lesson plan is well organized.

Solid example of collaborative mind-mapping

really great example of using Prezi not as a linear presentation. Johanna used this in a unique way. Her plan is to invite students as editors, and each would edit/fill out the information on one of the branches on the character tree. Then you can go back through at the end and create the path in a way that it shows the information first, then the character (answer) to create a PPT game of sorts.
