National Safe Schools Framework - 0 views

    The National Safe Schools Framework (NSSF) was endorsed by the Ministerial Council for Education, Early Childhood and Youth Affairs (MCEECDYA) in July 2003. The Australian Government developed two supporting documents to assist with the implementation of the NSSF, the Resource Pack for jurisdictions; and the Implementation Manual for schools. This is currently being rewritten and will be available mid 2010

    Photograph tackles the problem of 'sexting' or the creating, sharing and forwarding of sexually explicit images and text by teens. The 15 minute film (on DVD ROM) shows the repercussions when a 15 year old girl sends an inappropriate photograph of herself to her boyfriend. The story focuses on the emotional impact on the girl, her parents and her friends and the legal and emotional impact on the boy and his parents.  Cost: $60+GST for a whole school licence
