The National Safe Schools Framework (NSSF) was endorsed by the Ministerial Council for Education, Early Childhood and Youth Affairs (MCEECDYA) in July 2003. The Australian Government developed two supporting documents to assist with the implementation of the NSSF, the Resource Pack for jurisdictions; and the Implementation Manual for schools.

Best Enemies tells the story of a teenage girl whose world is thrown into chaos when overnight her best friend becomes her "best enemy", leading to terrible consequences.
A short film and education program.
Photograph tackles the problem of 'sexting' or the creating, sharing and forwarding of sexually explicit images and text by teens. The 15 minute film (on DVD ROM) shows the repercussions when a 15 year old girl sends an inappropriate photograph of herself to her boyfriend. The story focuses on the emotional impact on the girl, her parents and her friends and the legal and emotional impact on the boy and his parents.
