In 2011 the Malaysian construction recorded a moderate growth at 3.5% due to slow activity in civil engineering and non-residential sub-sector (Central Bank of Malaysia 2011). This coming September 2-4, 2015, International Green Building Conference is said to be one of the largest events which will serve as a catalyst for more seminars and eco-friendly awareness in the years to come.
