Health care The health we experience in our lives is our responsibility to create and manage. If you have been studying health and the health care system as long as I have you will come to the conclusion that the current{ healthcare} system has nothing to do with holistic health and healing, rather they are in the business of manipulating the body with synthetic drugs and surgery. Health care : Health requires a holistic perspective touching on areas of nutrition, exercise, mental and emotional stress as well as environmental and physical stress. The good news is that you do have the power to create the health you want to experience through balancing your lifestyle, balancing your nervous system and reducing your exposure to environmental toxins. Health care When we can adjust our belief system and begin to believe in ourselves and the innate healing power that is within us we can begin to see the truth and see the true potential that we have to heal. Follow my videos for more inspiration and to go on this journey with me.

Do My Sentencing Preparations Really Matter? (federal prison camp) - YouTube - 0 views

I want to do this video, in part, because I received a call this morning from a defendant in North Carolina, actually not far from Wake Forest University, where I've done some speaking in the past. This defendant called after watching a video I filmed last year called 10 Ways to Get More Time in Prison and in that video I talked about if you don't accept responsibility, or disclose your substance abuse, or if you continue to spend really aggressively, if you owe restitution, if you don't engage in volunteer work, if you don't work openly with your lawyer, so I identified 10 things that I think could lead to a longer term in prison.
