    Most of us know what we need to do to get to where we want to be, but sometimes it can help to see what others do and gain inspiration from it. In this video I simplify the top 5 things I do for health in my life. Top 5 Things I Do for Health : 1. I drink pure structured alkaline water. 2 .I Get full spectrum nutrition on a daily basis from all of natures gifts. 3. I Do the 5 Tibetan Rites (Simply yoga and breath-work routine) for flexibility and energy balancing. 4. I try and do a simple basic 5-15 min meditation for stress reduction and to quiet the mind. 5. I do my best to maintain a positive attitude throughout the day to create a positive momentum to take me through my week and month. Again this is a simplified version of the top 5 things I do for health in my life.
