Ferrari has released photos of its latest prodigy: a four-passenger, four-wheel-drive, 660-horsepower supercar called FF with a "shooting brake" profile and a rear hatch.

The giant automaker Honda has announced that its Honda Civic 2013 sedan has received the safety rating of "Five Stars" from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). This is not less than a cool blow to its competitors that the 2013 Civic will receive honor from Insurance Institute For Highway Safety (IIHS). If we talk the whole rating in several criteria, the sedan has claimed four stars in roll over rating and five stars in side-impact crash test.

Under the hood of the Civic Hybrid is a 1.5-liter gasoline four-cylinder engine and an electric motor that was given a power boost this year. They combine to generate 110 horsepower and 127 pound-feet of torque and are mated with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). The fuel economy for the Hybrid is EPA-rated at 44 city and 44 highway, a 3 mpg improvement over last year's model.

Honda redesigned the CR-V for the 2007 model year (which carried through the 2009 model year), adding a fairly significant new look, but keeping the four-cylinder engine and five-passenger seating. The new CR-V shaved 3 inches off its overall length than the previous 2002-06 generation. Even so, the wheelbase and interior dimensions remained virtually unchanged.

Under the hood of the 3i Touring and Grand Touring models is the new 2.0-liter four-cylinder Skyactiv-G that pumps out 155 horsepower and 148 pound-feet of torque. These models come standard with a 6-speed manual transmission or an optional 6-speed automatic. Mazda estimates its gas mileage at 28 mpg city and 40 mpg on the highway for an automatic sedan and 27 and 39, respectively, with the manual. Fuel economy for the hatchback is estimated at 28 and 39 with the automatic and 27 and 38 with the manual.

Under the hood of all of these newer Focus models is a 2.0 liter inline four-cylinder engine that pumps out 140 horsepower. Shoppers in California-level emission states can find the cleaner, PZEV-certified version of this engine that produces 130 horsepower. Transmission-wise, all can be found with either the standard 5-speed manual or the optional 4-speed automatic.

Most drivers will likely be pleased with the performance of the 3.0 V6, while that of the base four-cylinder is adequate but more fuel-efficient (although it can get noisy when accelerated hard). Those looking for still more oomph in a family sedan will likely find the 3.5-liter V6 up to the task.

The Honda CR-V's four-cylinder engine is quite capable and confident in almost all situations. Most drivers will be satisfied with its performance, but those who regularly transport full loads may miss the occasional need for V6 power. Road noise is also a bit elevated and the ride is slightly firm, however, the CR-V compensates to a large extent with iths agile handling, precise steering and strong brakes.

The 2011 Rogue's road manners is one of its strongest selling points.
