This is a bit informal for a proposal. From a teacher's perspective, I like seeing the reflective components that you have outlined but from a steering committee member perspective this level of info is unnecessary and distracting.

A bulleted list of tools with a brief note about their usage might have been more effective.

Of course, the hope is that students participate early and continue participating over the course of their time at AU. Set yourself some goals for participation in clubs. Ask Dan what percentage of students currently participate and then set an achievable goal to reach.

I can see managerial problems here with many people posting the same events.
