At-Risk Youth Adult Anger management can be taught to anyone who is experiencing stress and anger in dealing with others, anyone experiencing frustrations at the workplace with bosses and co-workers, people dealing with relationship problems as a result of anger and adults ordered by the court to enroll in an anger management program.
