Is the Periodic Table of Elements wholly or could it still be unknown elements in the universe?

In the periodic table of the elements, the chemical elements are listed according to their atomic number and classified into different groups. It used to be able to make predictions about undiscovered elements on the basis of the system, today it serves essentially the overview.

Nevertheless, it has happened in recent years repeatedly that new elements have been discovered with ever greater atomic number. However, they are extremely short-lived, so disintegrate very quickly and can only be detected in particle accelerators. In the wild, and also in the universe that is hardly possible, even if some radioactive elements may occur in supernova explosions.

There is no evidence that the structure and classification of chemical elements on earth and is different in the solar system from the structure of the elements in other regions of the universe, why one does not expect to find in all elements that are not known to the Scheme fit
