The International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies (IFACCA) is the global network of arts councils and ministries of culture. IFACCA aims to benefit artists, arts organisations and communities worldwide. May 5 to 6 2008 Barbados' National Cultural Foundation hosted the Caribbean International Conference on the Cultural and Creative Industries in order to stimulate discussion at the level of policy, programming and successful case studies.
