Abstract Image 138 - 1 views

  •
Back before I even started my Kaleidoscopic Cross series I initiated my largest digital art series, which I simply called my Abstract Image series. With over 700 images thus far, I continue adding to this series. These images are created with a mixture of various filter effects layered and combined in Photoshop.

Fractal Lens Flare Dude - 1 views

  •
Yet another image from my Psychedelic Fractals Dude series, this one subtly reminded me of a lens flare effect, thus the name. I created this image with a combination of the programs Vchira and Photoshop.

Dude Psychedelic Trilobites Evolved - 1 views

  •
From the Psychedelic Fractals Dude series, I created this variation on the earlier "Psychedelic Trilobites Dude", evolving the fractal formula bringing out greater complexity in the shapes and forms. I created this image with a combination of the programs Vchira and Photoshop.

Dude Fractal Thunder Bird - 1 views

  •
As I developed the formula for this fractal image, I couldn't help but see forms reminiscent of the Native American Thunder Bird. I created this image with a combination of the programs Vchira and Photoshop.

Another in the Psychedelic Fractals Dude series, this image was created using a combination of the fractal generator, Vchira, along with Photoshop layering and filtering effects.

Fractal Worm Trails - 0 views

  •
With special layering effects, fractal images can have a vivid and even psychedelic impact. I created this image using a combination of the fractal generator, Vchira, along with Photoshop filtering.

Fractal Dragons Writhing - 0 views

  •
Often fractal patterns can be reminiscent of living creatures, actual or mythical. Here we see patterns evocative of Asian dragons writhing in fiery skies. I created this image with a combination of the programs Vchira and Photoshop.

Psychedelic Trilobites Dude - 0 views

  •
When putting together the fractal formula for this image experiment, I was struck by how much these fractal forms reminded me of trilobites, with psychedelic color dressings. I created this image using a combination of the fractal generator, Vchira, along with Photoshop layering and filtering effects.

Meta Ball Emblem - 0 views

  •
Within the program Bryce, the metaballs feature can be used to create some pretty cool stuff. From a series of experiments, I created this 3D abstraction combining the metaballs feature along with a multi-replicate formulation.

Kaleidocross302 - 1 views

  •
A few years back I did a series of abstract images I called my KaleidoCross Series. This image is just one small sample of the images from this series. I achieved these images with a combination of several filter effects in Photoshop.

Infinite Nothing - 0 views

  •
I originally conceived of using this image as an illustration of the inherent dichotomy between the concepts of Infinite Nothing, and an Infinite Cosmic Creative Force in my Relijournal article, Is it Irrational to Believe in God? found at: http://www.relijournal.com/Religion/Is-It-Irrational-to-Believe-in-God.88670 This image was created using a combination of the fractal generator, Vchira, along with Photoshop filtering effects.

Ordered Chaos - 1 views

I originally conceived of using this image as an illustration of the order found in the chaotic patterns of fractal geometry in my Relijournal article, Is it Irrational to Believe in God? found at: http://www.relijournal.com/Religion/Is-It-Irrational-to-Believe-in-God.88670 This image was created using a combination of the fractal generator, Vchira, along with Photoshop filtering effects.

Fractal Me a River - 1 views

  •
originally conceived of using this image as an illustration of how the apparent random patterns of nature, such as meanderings of rivers aren't random, but rather governed by complex fractal geometry, in my Relijournal article, Is it Irrational to Believe in God? found at: http://www.relijournal.com/Religion/Is-It-Irrational-to-Believe-in-God.88670 This image was created using a combination of the fractal generator, Vchira, along with Photoshop filtering effects.
