With that and other tools, I created this series of images in my usual way utilizing various filtering, layering, and color enhancement effects in Photoshop. Among the steps of this process, I used Mehdi's Kaleidoscope set to 6 petals. It is using the petals set to 6 that makes this image into a hexagram. The end result was this series of eight color variations. This one I first named Abstract Image 869, then later gave the entire series the final name, "Luminous Hexagram". Using several KPT filters, including "FraxPlorer", as well as other layering and filtering effects in Photoshop, I created this image in my Abstract Image series. First named Abstract Image 1224, I later renamed it "Particularized Dreamtime Variation 5". I came to that name first due to this series using some forms similar to my earlier series Particularized Hexagram, and Particularized Deltoid, then secondly when I showed Variation 1 to a good friend of mine, his first reaction was to say it reminded him of Australian Aboriginal Dreamtime Art. After creating the first variation, I subsequently created 7 more color variations off of this theme, making for a total of an eight piece series of color variation for this one.
