I followed up by putting that base image through several more filters, along with several other color enhancements, and layering effects in Photoshop. I started with my frequently used KPT filter, "FraxPlorer". Among the steps of this process, I used Mehdi's Kaleidoscope set to 6 petals. It is using the petals set to 6 that makes this image into a hexagram. The end result was this series of eight color variations I call Luminous Hexagram.
