With that and other tools, I created this series of images in my usual way utilizing various filtering, layering, and color enhancement effects in Photoshop. Among the steps of this process, I used Mehdi's Kaleidoscope set to 6 petals. It is using the petals set to 6 that makes this image into a hexagram. The end result was this series of eight color variations. This one I first named Abstract Image 869, then later gave the entire series the final name, "Luminous Hexagram". Second in the series, this piece of postmodern contemporary fractal abstract art, Luminous Hexagram Variation 2, is now presented here at Bubblews in this square aspect ratio, complete with the digitally embossed Bill M.
