International internet regulation is that so many dictatorial nations have sided with the idea. Internet supplied people with datas on news and informations through the net media. It is essentially decentralized and open to everyone is what has made its widespread use.

Conroy trying to convince Google to censor certain youtube videos, on the grounds that it has already done so for China and Thailand. Google won't hear of it, naturally.

ONI isis a collaborative partnership of three institutions: the Citizen Lab at the Munk School of Global Affairs, University of Toronto; the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University; and the SecDev Group (Ottawa).
