Though, architecture is yet to evolve as per the needs of gifted people, a DeafSpace project has shaken the very foundation of creative architecture. DeafSpace is an architectural design concept of utilizing open space in a way that touches on major points within the deaf experience. DeafSpace principles are architectural guidelines that improve "how deaf people interact in, and with their built surroundings".

Architects, contractors, occupants and various other stakeholders can easily access the valuable information instantaneously about the building model, as BIM makes it easy for designers to create such intelligent environment. However, the only limitation of such 3D BIM models is that they are prepared basis the amount of information and input fed in the BIM model by the architectural design support team.

The world now needs innovative and sensitive design ideas for new energy systems. Designs that are not meant to "win over" people; but actually improve the environment. Those days are not far, as some of the recent examples of multi-functional and well appreciated energy landscapes - does exist.

MT 6024 is a multi-purpose subsea diving support and construction vessel (DSCV) being built for Thailand-based Mermaid Offshore Services, a subsidiary of the Mermaid Maritime Public Company. The vessel is being built by China Merchants Industry Holdings (CMHI) in China, with construction of the DSCV commencing in January; delivery of the vessel is scheduled for the third quarter of 2016.
