    Apple iOS released 4.0.1 was earlier today for iPhone 4, iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS your baseband wasn't upgraded (modem firmware) which it means now you can unlock your iPhone even on the latest iOS 4.0.1 firmware. Currently there is no unlock and jailbreak tool available for iPhone 4 and iPhone 3Gs (new bootrom) UltraSn0w unlocked tools it's available  for iPone 3G, iPhone 3Gs (old bootrom) About only work unlocker these baseband (modem firmware) 04.26.08, 05.11.07, 05.12.01, or 05.13.04.
