Megastar Amitabh Bachchan says that spending time with granddaughter Aaradhya just for few minutes is like gyming. "Ever realized playing with the 'little one' for just a few minutes could be equivalent to an entire two hour workout in the gym! Child is the father of man," the 69-year-old tweeted on his blog Bigb.bigadda.com.

Shahid Kapoor seems to be going through workout woes - the actor sustained four injuries while training. "4 injuries while training this week lil finger ankle wrist n bak ... But no excuses ... Learn to dance in the rain," tweeted Shahid. The actor is gearing up for his next release, Kunal Kohli's "Teri Meri Kahaani".

"English is a very funny language," figured Shah Rukh Khan when he sat down to give his son Aryan some lessons in the language. "Teaching clauses and phrases to son, workout cancelled. Who made up these English rules... it's so much easier..the English on twitter and SMS," tweeted Shah Rukh, who is nevertheless fluent in the language.
